Predecessor of our company, the SHOP ASSISTANT BT started its operation in 2000. Our company has reached its current image as a result of a transformation in the periode from 2004 to 2005.
Construction and maintenance of new and old tracks, repairing of sidings, sleepers exchanges, ferroconcrete base exchanges, maintenance, renovation, construction of road crossings, design, licensing, etc.
We are continuously present from the year of 2000 at the daily maintenance work and renovations, constructions carried out in Kazincbarcika Borsod Chem Ltd.

Location : 1148/2 and 1148/3 , area owned is 1135 m2, where office, workshop and dressing room for workers had been built.
Current goal is to rise a workshop building within the Site Improvement Tender, which would allow us to store our substantial amount of stock.
From the end of 2005 management systems have been introduced to our company /EN ISO 9001:2000, EN ISO 14001:2004, and MSZ 28001:2008/ with these systems we can serve our customers more efficiently.
In 2010 the „VMR” requirement system has been introduced.
In 2014 the number of employees reached 19 people. Our professionals possess the valid professional examinations required for independent work on the lines of the Hungarian Railways.

Our company pays great attention to environmental protection . In this point market-oriented research and development is carried out in Shop-Assistant Ltd in cooperation with the GATE Nonprofit Ltd. From National Budgetary Found we won non-refundable support of 411'928'220 - HUF for the further development of GREEN TRACK environmental tray system to be ready for market-oriented full range rail and road application.
At the end of the year 2012 we initiated the patent entry for this product aiming at the distribution in the U.S., the disclosure has already been accomplished. The preparation for starting the distribution process is already in progress.
